Before starting her new venture with SCT Compliance Mrs. Vazquez worked for over 6 years with Shinda Management Corporation. As the Director of Compliance she was responsible for the compliance of their Blended Portfolio, ensuring that all subsidy programs such as Project Based Section 8, NYCHA, HPD Section 8 Voucher programs were working at optimum levels. Making sure all units under the rent stabilized portfolio were in strict compliance with the rules and regulations of the New York State Rent Stabilization Code. Headed the Marketing department, managed all aspects of the marketing and leasing guidelines for simultaneous lotteries with a high success rate.
